How Training Works
Learn
All of our training packages begin with a virtual orientation where we’ll get to learn about your puppy, their history and your training goals. We’ll also make sure to give you some strategies to manage any behaviors that you and your puppy may be struggling with until we can work on them together. Once we’re all on the same page, we’ll recommend a customized training plan for your unique pup!
Train
Then the fun begins! All of our coaching sessions are conducted in-person at your house or out on the town. The training location we select depends on the goals we set together as a team. Make no mistake, you’re a member of that team and you’ll be getting in on the action as an active participant in your puppy’s training because, ultimately, our goal is to coach you to become the best trainer for your puppy!
Succeed
We understand that learning doesn’t stop when you leave us. That’s why we offer at least one follow-up training session with all of our packages to help you maintain the skills you’ve learned during your time with us. This session is designed to help you review what you’ve learned and keep your puppy on the path to success. We’ll work with you to troubleshoot any problems you may be having and help you continue building a strong bond with your puppy.

Puppy Training Starter Pack

Start Here!
We’ll use the virtual orientation to review your new puppy’s routine, discuss any problem behaviors you may be seeing, and make sure you are set up for success for life with your new puppy. During the in-person session we’ll dive into some more hands-on training together!
Includes:
- 30-min virtual orientation
- 60-min in-person coaching session
- Option to upgrade to one of the below packages after your initial in-person coaching session, or you can continue on a session-by-session basis for $185 per session
Polite Puppy

Great for help with common issues and training goals in your home:
- Housetraining, crate training, and basic obedience skills.
- Puppy antics like chewing, nipping, and mouthing.
- Introduction to proper socialization techniques, and more.
Includes:
- 30-min virtual orientation
- Three 60-min in-person coaching sessions (expires 60 days after your first in-person coaching session)
- One 30-min virtual SOS session (no expiration)
Dream Puppy

We’ll cover all the basics at home and then show you how to apply your new skills out in the real world:
- Paying attention around distractions
- Introduction to leash manners
- Confidence through socialization
Includes:
- 30-min virtual orientation
- Six 60-min in-person coaching sessions (expires 90 days after your first in-person coaching session)
- Two 30-min virtual SOS sessions (no expiration, option to combine into one bonus 60-min in-person coaching session instead)
All training packages also include:
- Personalized training plan
- Hands-on training demonstrated by your trainer
- Individualized coaching while you handle your own dog
- Time for Q&A
- Recap after each session including summary of what was covered, what to work on in between sessions, and supporting handouts/videos as needed
